The technology product is something that is discovered little by little and built like Lego, functionality by functionality. That is why our working approach, already proven with many clients, is an "Agile" working approach. You have probably heard this term elsewhere, but what does it mean in practice?
Our agile approach in action:
Weekly sprints
We design and carry out tasks on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This allows us to pivot, prioritise some developments over others, and modify what made sense at the start but no longer does.
Collaborative design
This model is fair and transparent. Once we have designed in Figma, a collaborative and intuitive design software, the developer, a senior full stack, quotes each task by functionality in hours.
Billing by deliverables
We bill monthly on completed and deployed tasks. If there have been no setbacks, the hours invested should match the quoted hours.
